Returns

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery.

How to return

Return by parcel

• Belgium & Netherlands
  Create and print your return label via our return link.
  Returns are handled by bpost (or PostNL in the Netherlands).
  The return cost is €5, which will be charged when creating the label.
• Other countries
  Please contact us at info@spaceforcreation.com and we will help you arrange a return.
  Return costs may vary depending on your location.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed automatically.

Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the amount to appear on your account.

Return conditions

• Items must be returned unused, unwashed and with all tags attached
• Items with damaged or missing tags cannot be accepted
• Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
