Article 1: General provisions
The e-commerce website of Space for Creation, operated by Giraffe BV, with VAT number BE 0508960483 and registered at the Commercial Court of Leuven (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”), offers its customers the opportunity to purchase products online.
The General Terms and Conditions apply to any order placed by a visitor to this e-commerce website (“Customer”). By placing an order, the Customer expressly accepts these Terms and Conditions and agrees to their applicability to the exclusion of all other conditions. Any additional conditions of the Customer are excluded, unless expressly accepted in writing by the Seller.
Article 2: Pricing
All prices are expressed in EURO and always include VAT and all applicable taxes.
Any delivery or administrative costs are stated separately.
The indicated price refers exclusively to the item as described. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may contain elements not included in the price.
Article 3: Offer
The online catalogue and website are compiled with the greatest care. However, the information may be incomplete, contain errors or be outdated. Obvious mistakes or errors do not bind the Seller.
The Seller is only bound by an obligation of means regarding the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.
The offer is valid while stocks last and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. The Seller cannot be held liable for the unavailability of a product.
Article 4: Online purchases
The Customer may pay using the payment methods offered on the website.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of serious shortcomings by the Customer with regard to previous orders.
Article 5: Delivery and execution of the agreement
Orders are delivered to the countries and regions offered on the website.
Delivery is made by a selected carrier.
Unless otherwise stated, goods are delivered within 30 days after receipt of payment.
Any visible damage or deficiency must be reported without delay.
The risk passes to the Customer once the goods are physically received.
Article 6: Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the exclusive property of the Seller until full payment has been received.
Article 7: Right of withdrawal
This article applies only to Customers who purchase as consumers.
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the Customer receives the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify the Seller by email at info@spaceforcreation.com with an unequivocal statement.
The Customer must return the goods within 14 days after notifying withdrawal. Return costs are borne by the Customer.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods, using the same payment method.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened
- Goods that are irreversibly mixed with other products
Article 8: Warranty
Consumers benefit from the legal warranty under Belgian law.
The Customer must provide proof of purchase to invoke warranty.
Defects must be reported within two months of discovery.
The warranty does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, accidents, neglect, or improper maintenance.

Article 10: Sanctions for non-payment
In case of late payment, interest of 10% per annum may be charged, as well as a fixed compensation of 10% of the unpaid amount, with a minimum of €25.
The Seller reserves the right to reclaim unpaid goods.
Article 11: Privacy
The Seller respects Belgian and European privacy legislation.
Personal data are used only for order processing and customer communication.
Customers have the right to access, correct or delete their personal data by contacting info@spaceforcreation.com.
Data are treated confidentially and never sold to third parties.
Article 12: Use of cookies
The website uses cookies to improve user experience.
By using the website, the Customer agrees to the use of cookies.
Article 13: Impairment of validity
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully applicable.
Article 14: Modification of conditions
These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time. The version applicable is the one in force at the time of ordering.
Article 15: Proof
Electronic communications and records may serve as legal evidence.
Article 16: Applicable law – disputes
Belgian law applies.
